Intensive Counseling

Service Description

This is a longer treatment session, intended for people who are seeking a more immersive experience, designed around their current needs. This session is intended to be a "one and done" style of treatment, where participants will have time to process concerns, engage in skill building exercises, and wrap up with a treatment plan/goals overview and grounding session. Follow up sessions will be encouraged however are not required.
